Hi! I'm Cely and I am 12 years old.I have a brother who's 6 and a sister who's 4. I am in the seventh grade. I am Dominican. I was born in the D.R. and came to New York when I was 1 1/2 years old. I am the smallest of the teenage girls and the one who has the biggest feet on my father's side. From my mother's side I am the third oldest!
